connecting Fitbit Versa to Sony Bluetooth WF-SP700N earbuds

 I cannot get my Versa to find my earbuds?  Any help would be great

I had this problem too, but I resolved it by preparing my earbuds to sync before connecting. Read this https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wfsp700n/v1/en/contents/TP0001613443.html

And then go to the settings page of the Fitbit and connect a new device.

i seem to be experiencing the same issue with the same sony earbuds SP700N. did you manage to fix this? please help
