I got my versa last week and all set up with my S8 phone. Since then I get a constant notification sound every 40-50 secs. There is no notifications that are coming in with this sound. If I shut my volume off then it will vibrate every 40-50 minutes. I get all my other texts, calls etc ok, no problem there. Its just this contant sound. If anyone has any input , I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank you.

The last couple days I was changing one thing at a time so I could go through the elimination process. Today I was just going through making many changes and it just stopped so I reallyhave no idea what really hsppened. Wish I did. Is it possible to delete this whole post since I got it fixed?

Try a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

Thank you so much for your reply
I just tried a reset and nothing changed. How
many times does one have to go through that?

You did a Restart, not a Reset. The only thing left to do is a Factory Reset which restores your tracker to the way it was when you got it and then you have to start all over again. Or you can contact Customer Service. They, however, will ask you to do the same. Swipe left to Settings. Touch and scroll down to About. Touch and scroll down to Factory Reset.

Actually , the first time I did do a reset where I erased everything and started new from factory settings. I thought that's what you were telling me to do. My mistake, and it did not work. The 2nd time I did a restart. So far so good!!! Keeping my fingers crossed! Thank you again for taking the time to reply and help me. I really appreciate it!

The 40-50 minute vibration may be occurring because you have the reminder to move function on and you are not putting in the 250 steps every hour. If you have that function on, the device will vibrate at 10 of the hour to remind you to move.

Read the original post again. Her vibrations are at 40-50 SECONDS.

Thank you for your reply but I had that notification turned off. I could possible live with it if it was every 40-50 minutes but this was seconds lol I think I got it fixed today , I am hoping. Thank you again for your input.

If I shut my volume off then it will vibrate every 40-50 minutes.
The above is a direct quote. She said minutes.

You/ are absolutely correct. I should have read more carefully myself. In the first sentence, she says SECONDS and I stopped there.
