So I contacted  Fitbit today To see what I could do about my  screen that shattered  in my sleep and they told me  USER error is  not covered  under warranty,  This was a gift for  mothers day and it's  depressing that there are no solution's to getting it  fixed. I CANT NOT AFFORD TO BUY AN ENTIRE NEW ONE. I have  slept with it on since day one and  nothing like this  every happened until lastnight. Does anyone know where  I can get the screen replaced? or  should  I just cut my losses?

These watches are so fragile, not fit for purpose at all. The fact that they cant be repaired is ludicrous. I have a screen protector on mine and a silicone case that covers the screen and I still dont feel confident about it!
