disable and/or remove the QUICK SETTINGS that just got added

I'm on an original versa and just did firmware update.  This QUICK SETTINGS thing when you slide down from top is SUPER ANNOYING.  Please tell me how to disable this or if it's not possible to disable, please update firrmware again or add an app setting to REMOVE IT.  Super, super, super annoying!

I share everyone’s annoyance with this new update. I was perfectly happy with the old software and this little drop down is ridiculous, it IS NOT CONVENIENT, it’s super annoying. Please remove it ASAP!

I really hope this is removed. I just got a fitbit for the holidays, and while I can ignore the obvious step inaccuracy and the interference with my other automatic bluetooth connections, a useless perpetual bar on my dropdown is one of the most annoying things ever.

Just adding my voice of disapproval of this remarkably annoying banner that floats over my notifications.  Please Fitbit, give us the option to turn it off, or as someone cleverly suggested have it activated by a swipe from left gesture, which is currently unused.

New update.  And this **ahem** thing is STILL there.   Not to mention BROKEN SNAPCHAT notifications persist.   And now it seems they have even done away with Alexa being part of the nasty annoying drop down.    Fitbit ...  Mastering regression.

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! This is a known issue since prior to September. It has been almost 4 months. Why is this taking so long to fix? Does Fitbit not care about the customers' irritation and incessant begging for a fix?????

I had an update on Saturday, and was very hopeful that the OBSTRUCTIVE,
ANNOYING and USELESS menu would disappear. Sadly it did not.

Wow, I thought I was the only one ANNOYED by this slide down. I'm on the original versa and don't plan on upgrading anytime soon. Next time I'm going to wait before installing those firmware updates... Fitbit definitely messed up on that update.

Another vote to remove this feature... It's incredibly annoying and I've found myself using my watch less and less because of it.

SO this is just really insane.  Not only is this QUCIK SETTINGS thing the most annoying part of the watch, but it USED to have ALEXA in the middle of it which i actually MIGHT have used.  It has now reverted back to have the PAYMENT/WALLET in the middle instead of alexa.

Please just remove this.. please, please.

Sometimes the banner even appears in response to a wrist flick when attempting to view a notification after the watch vibrates.  I've sometimes had it float right in the middle of the screen and not budge, even after wrist flicking several times to try and see the notification.  I've had to swipe to dismiss it.  Sometimes not easy when I'm walking my over-excited dog!

Watch vibrates - "you have a notification", this is the ONLY reason to interact with the watch at this point.  Anyone who thinks that you might want to change a setting before you quickly check that notification actually has no idea about user experience.

Pleaseeeeeeee remove the quick settings swipe-down.

It's the most annoying thing ever - it covers up the clear-all notifications button, so if you have lots of notifications you end up having to manually scroll all the way to the top to get to it. 😠
