My folks use these devices and they break just often enough that I forget how to set them up and I have grown weary of messing with these and would gladly pay a fee to have the latest purchase, Versa 2 - I think, setup. Any help would be appreciated

Hi @rolex there isn't such a service for these devices. You know how in any family, there seems to be the one person who is called upon to do the set up for anything technical. Looks like you've been the one to do this. Your folks can always call customer support for help. The representatives are able to help, but would your folks know the answers to basic questions about their smart phone or computer? There are also many pages of documentation available. Your folks able to look at them online?
