bought it a day ago, synchronised first time, and never again.

so so disappointed in this device!

Mine won't sync at all! just keeps saying searching. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled app, turned blue tooth off and on on my phone (iPhone 7 plus), I've turned my computers blue tooth off, my daughters iPad blue tooth off. NOTHING is working for me. Beyond frustrated!!!!!
