enough with Versa vs Samsung S8+

I have just purchase the Versa and had so much trouble with syncing Versa to my Samsung S8+ same as my friend who is using Alta with Samsung S9+, we both give up on restart both the phone and the tracker, I have tried all the recommendation from others who experienced same problem but it works one day and stop the other days.

there was no problem before when I was using I phone 6 with Alta plus couple more blue tooth from the cars but now, with Samsung, seems Fitbit will never work well.

Is there any chance that they will fix anything.

I use the Samsung S8 and that is wonderful at syncing with my Versa, but maybe the 8+ is more problematic for some reason. But Samsungs definitely work (usually). Which isnt that much help to you I know.

FWIW, I have an S8 that does not consistently sync with my Versa. Sometimes hours pass before it will finally sync. Yet ALL other bluetooth connections from my S8 work just fine.
