fitbit damage in first few days

I got a new fitbit versa as a company gift and within the first day the screen was scratched. I had a different fit bit i wore everyday for months and it never got scratched. It's like face plate is not sturdy enough for standard wear. Is there any way to get the face plate replaced ?
