Did you mean:

fitbit not connecting to internet, so I can't access my apps.

Until recently, I was able to access my apps. Then, after trying to connect to the internet, I found that I couldn't access either apps or clock faces (I keep getting a message that tells me there isn't an internet connection). This I find strange, as I can access the accessories app, which surely means that I am connected to the internet?

The reason I'm trying to access the apps is  so that I can change the weather app, to enable me to get weather reports for both my hometown and the town I work in, and  also change the temperature unit from degrees Fahrenheit to degrees Centigrade.

Could someone please advise me on  how I can do these?

Thank you.

Kind regards

Mrs. Irene Thomson

May i ask what phone your fitbit app is on? It sounds like you want to add or remove apps through the fitbit app.

Do you use any security apps like a VPN.

Hi, Rich.

Than you for your reply.

My fitbit app is on a Samsung Galaxy S21.

I don't actually want to add or remove apps from the app, but to change some things, as I mentioned in my previous post.

I don't use a VPN at the moment.

I am really frustrated.

Something else has just happened. I decided to unpair the device from Bluetooth, since when I try to connect it, I'm told that I need an app to connect, even though I already have an app on my phone! What's happening here?
