Hi All,
I bought Fitbit Versa 2 last year (nearly 14 months back) and I got one belt with watch + one extra belt. In less than 15 months both belts broke. It just broke !! 😞 !
I have very high regard for quality standards of fitbit but really disappointed with such manufacuring defects... anyone else has faced such issue ?
Anyways to get in touch with customer service to understand next steps ?

BTW the Versa 2 was released last September.
