fitbit versa 2 belt failure - manufacutring defect

Hi All,

 

I bought Fitbit Versa 2 last year (nearly 14 months back) and I got one belt with watch + one extra belt. In less than 15 months both belts broke. It just broke !! 😞

I have very high regard for quality standards of fitbit but really disappointed with such manufacuring defects... anyone else has faced such issue ? 

 

Anyways to get in touch with customer service to understand next steps ?

If your asking about contacting Fitbit. Tap in the top right of this page, where your photo would be @chhayatarak. Then tap contact support. 

BTW the Versa 2 was released last September.
