Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

The best I can get after a restart is the screen going halfway to the next page of icons. 

 

After using a Fitbit since 2015 I'm about ready to switch to an Apple watch. My husband has had an Apple watch since 2015 and he's on the same one. I'm on my 3rd Fitbit.
