fitbit versa doesn't sysn with one plus 6 T for firmware update

Hello Team, 

I am facing huge synching issues with my fitbit versa with One Plus 6T.

1. I downloaded the fit bit app and tried synching.

2. My phone bluetooth is kept on and it says Firmware update is available.

3. The moment i click the download button, it says keep the " make sure your versa near by" and then it just goes blank and after some time it is asking me to "retry over Bluetooth ", "Try again "options inspite of the Bluetooth being kept ON .

4. It is very difficult since i have tried many times for the last 3 weeks and it has always been the case.

Can anyone help me with an solution..

This may be a problem.

The OnePlus 6T is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

I also did a quick search and found a number of threads where people have, like you, tried to use one but it didn't work. For example: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Compatibility-with-oneplus-6T/m-p/3141817

Do you have access to to a different device or perhaps a computer that you could use?

unfortunately i don't have any other device other than One plus 6T.
