Hello! My Fitbit refuses to update after I reset it. it has just been lying for months unused due to this issue. I'll be glad if someone could assist me.

It is an absolute joke, it gets so far then just says it's failed

i am having the same issue - reset it 2hrs ago and it won't count my steps
