@tam7983, I would contact customer support, if your led are not flashing there is something wrong. Even with heart rate monitor turned off you would see the green led flashing when you touch the sensor.

Hello @tam7983

This sounds abnormal as the battery should last 5-6 days with auto sync turned off.

I would try 3 restarts in a row and see if that helps you.

If not, I'd try a factory reset and give it a few days before you call customer support.

See pg 68 below to walk you through the process.

I checked page 68 to restart my versa it says to hold the back button and the bottom button. What back button I don't have a back button on mine

Back button is the button on the left side of your device.  Bottom button is the bottom right button on the right of your device.

Thank you! My green LED light is  still not on. I followed the previous instructions that were given in this thread to no avail.

@katinaerewa, is everything else on your versa working. Just  curious can you go to exercise mode from your versa and click on anyone of your shortcuts. Check to see if your heart rate is showing you anything. From your versa watch scroll to settings and see if your heart rate is on or off. There is no way to turn off the green LED it will always Continue to flash when it senses a pulse. If you tried everything suggested and still don’t see a green LED I would contact customer support.
