I just purchased the Versa and out of the box with the OEM charger cradle I get the message many other users have been experiencing. No matter what USB port or charger source I use.
Not impressed
I cannot set it up or update the firmware as it has too little charge and keeps telling me to charge it
Support please assist me!

Hi,
I had the same issue so decided to purchase another charger from ebay (cost ~ £ 5). It still shows 'not enough power detected...' but fitbit is being charged nevertheless.
Maybe you can consider to but second charger, this is extra cost obviously but I do not think there is something support can help.. I saw many complains and it always ended up on sending fitbit back to supplier.

I did just that and my fitbit then charged without issue. Not happy having to jump through hoops on a brand new piece of kit. I suggest if people arent happy with their purchase they send it back as not fit for purpose and either demand a replacement or full refund.
