my fitbit versa just randomly stopped connecting tho the app on my android phone. It says I need a firmware update, everytime I attempt to, it doesn't work. Its charged, its close to my phone, its connected to my wifi so I don't know what the problem is. My wifi works so its not that. Also when I go into my wifi settings on my fitbit dashboard, nothing comes up. Thanks

Hi, @Jiller1 is your Versa syncing to your app?
As a first step I would suggest giving your Versa a restart (you can do that on the Versa itself by going to the settings menu, choosing “about” and then “shutdown”. To restart just press and hold the button. Once restarted, immediately try to force a sync and then begin the update.
Please do not be tempted to remove your Versa from your account! If the restart does not help, please post again.

I tried that and mines the same,the problem is it will not connect to phone.or sync
