fitbit won’t turn on after factory reset

my fitbit wouldn’t receive notifications from my phone. it was recommended to me to do a factory reset when nothing else worked. now my fitbit just has a black screen and won’t respond to anything. i charged it all night and it still won’t respond and has a black screen. how do i get it to turn back on. i’ve tried holding all the buttons but nothing has worked.

What does your Versa do when you put in in the charger and connect it to PC. Does it show something, like charging or does the screen stays black. In the last case, I would advice to contact Customer Support . Good luck!!
