forced factory reset

 My fitbit versa keeps saying it needs to be unlocked by my phone, but my fitbit is not connected to the fitbit app so I cant attempt to change the pin, and it is no longer Bluetooth connected to my phone. And I can't connect my versa as a new device because it won't let me view/ see a verification code (numbers displayed on the versa). I have tried a factory reset (holding the 3 buttons down and letting go of the bottom right one) but nothing seems to be working. 

any idea on what had be done, i have contacted customer support haven't heard anything yet

If you cant get the factory reset to work then Support is your only option. If you dontnhear nack soon, contact them again.
