Hi,
My fitbit versa is not showing the heart rate sensor green laser lights as well as it's reading. I had turned ON/OFF the heart rate sensor from the watch settings. Had restarted the watch many times. Also, I have tried factory resetting the watch itself and unpaired the same and added it again to the fitbit phone app. Any help appreciated and advance thanks.

Hi, your not alone in your HR light issues. please read other posts so you know what is going on. it's NOT your Versa, it's the update that was pushed out at the beginning of August. There have been 6 updates from fitbit but they can't get the Versa's and Blaze's working.

I'm not suggesting you wait.... I was just giving you some information to read about how others are having issues and what they are being told to do.
if your in warranty, call them.
