heart rate shows 0, step step show 0 calories show 0 but ok on app

My Fitbit Versa displays time ok, but will shows my heartrate as 0, steps 0 will not count steps, calories burned 0 will not count calories, but on the app on the phone all is ok.

Have done a factory reset on the Fitbit Versa, uninstalled and reinstalled the app my phone.

The Phone app and the Fitbit have been working fine since I purchased it April 21st 2017.

Are the numbers just missing on the clockface of the versa? What do you get when you swipe up from the clock - are the numbers showing there? I'm just wondering if this is an error with the versa or just the clock. If the numbers do show when you swipe up then it's worth trying a different clock.

problem solved, i noticed that when scrolling down everything worked, so i reinstalled the clock face and hey presto it all works, thanks for the prompt reply, do not understand why it stopped working.
