At several points during my workout today my heart rate was showing all over the place. At some of the more intense moments my bpm was reading as only 88-94! My workout was 1hr 11m of interval and strength training but only recorded as 23 min total (and only TWO min cardio). Any ideas of what went wrong?

@Stacey2 Check out this help article for how to wear the device during workouts. Wearing it up higher on the wrist really helped me get much more consistent readings. Also, it sounds like you are using the SmartTrack feature to automatically log your workouts. If that doesn’t work for you (which it may not depending on the type of workout you are doing), you should try tracking your workout with the exercise app on the device. That will let you start and stop the workout so the time/duration will be more accurate. More info about that here.
