So I've got the versa two days ago and ever since then I haven't been able to make it functional. I've had a couple live chats to get help but still it didn't help. I restarted my phone, restarted the versa, deleted Fitbit app and then installed it again, deleted versa off my Fitbit app and then added it again, factory reseted the versa and started the process again only to pair the versa with my Fitbit but the it gets to the firmware update it just sits there for hours. I'm getting angry and annoyed at this point as I don't know how to fix it...what can I do? is my wifi maybe not strong enough? I tried also updating it through bluetooth but it just fails...thank you to anyone that can help!!!!!

@Angelloveeee can you try on different wifi network? Also make sure that both your phone and versa are very close to the router.

Same thing here. I bought this Black friday and I downloaded the fitbit app. And I'm trying to sync but it won't let me. The firmware update failed all the time. I tried to do it at the hotel, I'm thinking the wifi is not strong enough. When I got home I started the update, but it failed again. I don't know what's going on.

@Palawenia What's your phone model and OS? Also, after rebooting fitbit (by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes), what can be seen on your tracker's screen? Could you please also verify for me that you cannot see Versa under Paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth settings?

So it turned out the wifi was just super weak even though it didn't seem that way. Tried stronger wifi and within 20 minutes my wifi was set.
