when I pull down from the top of my versa 3 to get messages, I see an hourglass with a diagonal line through it. 

 

I can't figure out what this means other than somehow I've likely turned something "off".

 

can you please help! thanks

@KimSS   Fitbit released status indicators for the Versa 3 and Sense.  Help article -- look in Sense and Versa 3 section  One is a white mobile phone with a diagonal line through it.  It means your phone isn't connected.  Are you seeing this or something else?
