I have had a versa 2 for a few years now and am just wondering if it is starting to give up on me - it is partially syncing - as in it is not now picking up on automatic exercising but still shows it in the zone minutes - updated it etc.. and followed the trouble shooting tips etc... any advice or is it just time to get a new one

Hi @tesswalsh62  I hate giving up on anything, but sometimes you just know when it's time. Usually restarting the Fitbit helps with glitches, so that would be a place to start. Since the holiday season is coming up, wouldn't be a bad idea to see which style you'd like if you need to get one. See if restarting helps and you can always get with customer support for additional assistance.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
