Hi @Sissi1234 , if you have installed Wechat on your phone and want to get notifications of it on your Versa, go in the Fitbit app to "notifications" and to "app notifications". Scroll down untill you find WeChat and enable it on the right side of WeChat by clicking the empty box and you're ready to go. Regards kuzibri

Hi @Sissi1234 , I have digged a bit deeper and searched for the Wechat notifications in the Feature Sugestions Board, which is especially created for your kind of questions, and found one link, but unfortunately the status of this is  shown as "Currently not Planned". See this message. Sorry, cannot make it any better for you, regards kuzibri

Hi Kuzubri,

Problem solved. Thanks for the help. It's all about notification. The notification function on the phone, we should open all of it, and let someone send message again to active WECHAT app on the fitbit. all good now. I am so happy.

Thanks again.

WeChat notifications on Fitbit - solved and working with vibrations upon recieving WeChat messages.

The following steps ensure WeChat notifications do work on Fitbit ( I curently use Charge 3, with iPhone IOS 14.4), this suggestion should be the same for all including Android).

1 - ensure in Fibit mobile app - under Account/(your Fitbit)/Notifications/App Notifications that the WeChat app Notification is on

2 - ensure on phone (iPhone for me) - Settings/Notifications/WeChat that Allow Notifications is on.

3 - ensure on phone (iPhone for me) - Settings/Notification/WeChat under Allow Notifications (Alerts) that all three alerts are checked to on - this is crucial as in testing (only with WeChat app)  these three had to be on to get notifications with vibrations on Fitbit

4 - ensure you have vibrations turned on in your tracker and make sure sleep mode is not engaged.

5 - sync your Fitbit app on your phone

and viola - you will receive WeChat notifications with vibrations on your tracker.

While enabling the above steps, double check to ensure you have enabled all the buttons/sliders  mentioned above - I have tested with the The three Alerts not checked ( in any order)  the tracker will not notify un less these are enabled - I don't know why this is, so I just leave them checked (all three) and WeChat is golden.

Good luck and happy to hear if this resolves your challeng

HI @SunsetRunner

Thanks for the great tuto. However, unfortunately it didn't help me.

My Iphone has stopped sending WeChat notification when I reboot my Versa 2 to the factory settings.

Your #1 step isn't returning WeChat in the list.

I have activated all the remaining steps (#2 till #5) but still no notification nor WeChat appearing in the list (despite my usage of the app since)

Can you help ?

Thanks in advance

Hi... I am using sense. The fitbit app shows that the APP will only show up after the system get a notification fo that APP. So you may need your friend to send you a wechat message and then turn it on in the APP list (within the fitbit app).
