In principle any number which can be downloaded form the gallery, however, only 5 can be stored on the watch at a time.

By swiping from the right edge to the left you can get to the Clocks app and switch between the maximum of 5 you already loaded, or it can be done in the Fitbit App Clocks tile, where you can remove/replace them also.
