how to add information for a versa on your computer fitbit website

hey, does anybody know how to add your versa fitbit information to your computer fitbit website?

Hi @dayna0819.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

Do you already have your Versa set up on a phone app?

After each sync, all your data goes from your phone to the Fitbit database where it is accessible from other Fitbit apps.

All you have to do is go to the web site fitbit.com and log in with the id/password you used on your phone app, and it will take you right to the fitbit.com dashboard, which will show all your data which is also on phone.  Or you can probably get there just by clicking 'Dashboard' near top right of this screen.

Or, if you are on Windows 10, you can download the Fitbit app from the Microsoft store and see a slightly different dashboard there, again after logging in with the same id/password.

Hi, go to the settings of your Versa and scroll down to BT and set it to pairing. Put your Versa in the Charger and connect it with your PC. On your PC go to settings and press Devices. On top of the screen you will see BT Devices, switch BT to on and press Add Device and Windows starts searching for your Versa. When it's found, it will appear in the list of added devices. You can now disable BT on your PC and close the settings. Go to your browser, type www.fitbit.com and when your logged in to your Fitbit account, your personal Dashboard will appear and you will see all the stats that are on the Versa in that dashboard.

I tried but it keeps showing that the versa is found but does not stay found.
