Hi @lenmack - I’m happy to answer your question. To change the clock face, open the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Account —> Versa —> Clock Faces. Make sure you are in wifi range when you do this.

And how to cancel installation of clock face? I started installing bitmoji, but since it got stuck, i am unable to cancel it. Now i am stuck with a clock error message. Installation of clock faces should be reversible, not a one-way street.

Hi @Amethyst19 - Please try restarting your Versa. Then open your Fitbit app on your phone ... close it ... power your phone off, then turn it back on ... then open the Fitbit app. Tap Account —> Versa —> Clock Faces —> All Clocks.  Hopefully those steps will allow you to select another clock face. If not, please contact Support. Clock faces are reversible.

Thank you, I could not really reverse the process as there is no cancelling
option. However I managed somehow after lot of uninstall, power off to
select another face which somehow overwrote the other process.
