@Brewer12They won't keep piling up on Versa bevause Versa has 30 Notofications limit and then starts replacing them with new ones. No worries here. There's no way of deleting the notifications in the Fitbit mobile app. Just marking as read. I believe it's under consideration though. I have tons of notifications that I marked as read in Fitbit app and my Versa Notofications work fine. Don't worry.

@Brewer12 delete the flex that you lost from your Fitbit account in the Fitbit mobile app, then log out from the app and log back in. Reboot your phone as well.

OK thanks I'll give that a try.  I thought that when I setup the versa it replaced the flex with the versa but I'll check.  Again thanks

@Brewer12 If you set up Versa as a new device (add new device), then no. Check in your Fitbit mobile app the devices under your Account.

Hi @Jas-On, it's great to have you here. Welcome to the Family! Woman Happy

In regards to your inquiry about notifications, the new version of the notification center displays shows the most recent 100 notifications. These can not be deleted as it was designed in that way, I would like to encourage you to vote and place your comments in this request that was already suggested here:Let us delete in-app notifications/Messages.

The more votes and comments an idea has the more visibility and momentum it gains. Implementing enhancements to Fitbit trackers and services take time as our devs and engineers have to be double sure that this will properly work.

I appreciate your patience and understanding about it!

@Brewer12 They seem to be talking about in-app notifications that stay there forever. You should be able to clear notifications from your Phone's Notification Centre by swiping. Can you take a screenshot and post it here?

I'll work on getting you a screenshot tomorrow and see if I can post it here or via email.   Basically I have 72 " notifications" on my Iphone in my fitbit app icon under " notification  messages"  when I highlite notification all 72 notifications appear from Jan 6 to May 22 and they are notifications like "nailed it You met your step goals for today"  or "Overachiever You're 2,831 steps over your goal"  I can't swipe the messages away or figure a way to delete.  I can't hold and capture in order to get a screenshot. (or I can't with my limited knowledge).   I have the notification feature turned off on the versa because I don't want to receive them if I can't delete them.  Seems like it should be easer than this.  Thanks for the help and patience.  I'll be in touch  Cheers

@Brewer12 The ones you're referring to, in the Fitbit mobile app, can't be deleted. Are they all marked in bold, which means unread? Try toggling between these two tabs - Notifications and Messages. Tap on Notifications, wait 3 seconds, then tap on Messages, wait 3 seconds, and then tap on Notifications again. This at least should mark them as read. Now reboot your phone. I have the same issue, but once marked as read the notifications should not keep popping up.

Is there any plans for a fix to delete these notifications.   And as mentioned I'm reluctant to turn on the notification feature in the Versa if these notifications just keep pilling up  Thnks

Well. there has been some interesting happenings on my iphone8  (5 months old) since loading the Fitbit moble app.  Currently my iphone has gone dead, totally blank screen.  I've tried to charge it but with not good resolve.  The only way I get any response to the iphone is to hold all three buttons down at one time and then for a short period it powers up with an indication of low battery.  I try to charge it but with no good results.   I took it to the AT&T store and they seem to think there's a software infection that has been loaded.  Bottom line is I have to take iphone to the Apple Store and have them replace or repair.  Once I get my iphone back in operation I will be removing the Fitbit mobile app.  I'll just use the PC app to check stats.  Seems much safer because my PC has all the needed virus securities to eliminate future threats  My iphone is in otterbox from day one for protection and I've had NO problems with it until loading the Fitbit moble app.  Literally within 24 hours after loading Fitbit app I started to notice issues with Iphone and within 72 hours Iphone dead. So Sunday trip to the Apple Store

@Brewer12 I will be honest here. Do not listen to wise guys at AT&T - no offence. Take it to Apple, they will run diagnostics and will tell you what exactly happened. Fitbit mobile app definitely did not infect your phone. Actually, it's pretty difficult to "infect" iOS, though now possible. Post back once they repair it and we can sort you out. Good luck!

Showed up at the Apple Store at 11:00am when they opened.  We were greeted by the Apple rep and worked with a very knowledgeable technician named Lita.  She ran diagnostics on the battery first and it passed at 92%.  She then ran another set of diagnostics and determined that we needed to downloaded all my data from my Iphone to the cloud.  After all data was downloaded to the cloud she ran I guessing a factory reset to the IOS.   After that was completed she reloaded my data from the cloud.  At this point it was like initializing a new Iphone.  All the set up steps, passwords, logins Siri etc.  At the completion of all the setup procedures my Iphone was back up and running.  We left the Apple store and headed to my truck.  Got to the truck and was  txting a friend a Happy Birthday wish and before I could complete the txted my Iphone went dead again.  Went back to the Apple Store, hooked up with Lita again and she decided to replace the Iphone.  Went through all the initialization of a new Iphone and had them delete the Fitbit app for the Versa.  Cal it crazy timing but I never had any battery issues and never had any Iphone operational issues until I loaded the Fitbit Versa app.  So I've chosen to check out my fitbit stats and enter fitbit data via my PC.  After spending 4 hours at the Apple Store, the Apple Watch was looking pretty good.  Thank you for all your help and I'll continue to use the Fitbit Help as needed.  If however I need any additional direction I'll reach out for your advise.  Cheers and have a Happy New Year

@Brewer12 No worries! I'm glad you got a new iphone! 😄 I wanted to wait to see what Apple would say because I witnessed such death of the iphone twice already... Both times replaced... It happens, like with anything. Good luck and happy new year! 😄

BTW, you wanna hear a funny story? So, a few weeks ago my Google Pixelbook got replaced for a brand new device. Guess what, this brand new one will have to be replaced too! 3 new devices... It can happen. Especially, if one cannot pinpoint the cause. But, I think I'm close this time... so close 😄

It's good to get my fitbit activity getting recorded again.  My daughter gave me my fitbit for my birthday Jan 14  2015 and before I lost it, I had logged around 5,700 miles and I was anxious to get my activity bridged with where I left off, so I'm happy to be tracking activity again   FYI Understood about "out of the box" problems.  I'm in the brewing business and I've had out of the box brewing pumps that are big $$ not work. It happens
