@Brewer12They won't keep piling up on Versa bevause Versa has 30 Notofications limit and then starts replacing them with new ones. No worries here. There's no way of deleting the notifications in the Fitbit mobile app. Just marking as read. I believe it's under consideration though. I have tons of notifications that I marked as read in Fitbit app and my Versa Notofications work fine. Don't worry.

@Brewer12 delete the flex that you lost from your Fitbit account in the Fitbit mobile app, then log out from the app and log back in. Reboot your phone as well.

OK thanks I'll give that a try. I thought that when I setup the versa it replaced the flex with the versa but I'll check. Again thanks

@Brewer12 If you set up Versa as a new device (add new device), then no. Check in your Fitbit mobile app the devices under your Account.

Hi @Jas-On, it's great to have you here. Welcome to the Family!
In regards to your inquiry about notifications, the new version of the notification center displays shows the most recent 100 notifications. These can not be deleted as it was designed in that way, I would like to encourage you to vote and place your comments in this request that was already suggested here:Let us delete in-app notifications/Messages.
The more votes and comments an idea has the more visibility and momentum it gains. Implementing enhancements to Fitbit trackers and services take time as our devs and engineers have to be double sure that this will properly work.
I appreciate your patience and understanding about it!

@Brewer12 They seem to be talking about in-app notifications that stay there forever. You should be able to clear notifications from your Phone's Notification Centre by swiping. Can you take a screenshot and post it here?

I'll work on getting you a screenshot tomorrow and see if I can post it here or via email. Basically I have 72 " notifications" on my Iphone in my fitbit app icon under " notification messages" when I highlite notification all 72 notifications appear from Jan 6 to May 22 and they are notifications like "nailed it You met your step goals for today" or "Overachiever You're 2,831 steps over your goal" I can't swipe the messages away or figure a way to delete. I can't hold and capture in order to get a screenshot. (or I can't with my limited knowledge). I have the notification feature turned off on the versa because I don't want to receive them if I can't delete them. Seems like it should be easer than this. Thanks for the help and patience. I'll be in touch Cheers

@Brewer12 The ones you're referring to, in the Fitbit mobile app, can't be deleted. Are they all marked in bold, which means unread? Try toggling between these two tabs - Notifications and Messages. Tap on Notifications, wait 3 seconds, then tap on Messages, wait 3 seconds, and then tap on Notifications again. This at least should mark them as read. Now reboot your phone. I have the same issue, but once marked as read the notifications should not keep popping up.

@Brewer12 I will be honest here. Do not listen to wise guys at AT&T - no offence. Take it to Apple, they will run diagnostics and will tell you what exactly happened. Fitbit mobile app definitely did not infect your phone. Actually, it's pretty difficult to "infect" iOS, though now possible. Post back once they repair it and we can sort you out. Good luck!

@Brewer12 No worries! I'm glad you got a new iphone! 😄 I wanted to wait to see what Apple would say because I witnessed such death of the iphone twice already... Both times replaced... It happens, like with anything. Good luck and happy new year! 😄
BTW, you wanna hear a funny story? So, a few weeks ago my Google Pixelbook got replaced for a brand new device. Guess what, this brand new one will have to be replaced too! 3 new devices... It can happen. Especially, if one cannot pinpoint the cause. But, I think I'm close this time... so close 😄

It's good to get my fitbit activity getting recorded again. My daughter gave me my fitbit for my birthday Jan 14 2015 and before I lost it, I had logged around 5,700 miles and I was anxious to get my activity bridged with where I left off, so I'm happy to be tracking activity again FYI Understood about "out of the box" problems. I'm in the brewing business and I've had out of the box brewing pumps that are big $$ not work. It happens
