Turned on and see no clock, just the icon of Versa. Battery full, app both on my Android and Windows 10 but when i press left to right, right to left, up/down nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Bluetooth shows on too on my phone but can't even get to the Versa's settings.

Hi @faith4111 It sounds as if you have not successfully set your Versa up yet. Try these two Help Articles, but please come back here if you cant set up.

Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices list. So I think that is probably why you are having problems with it. Not being on the list doesnt mean it wont work, and once you have set up it very well might work. The Windows 10 should work also once set up and theoretically at least you should be able to set up on it, but my experience with windows 10 (admittedly limited experience) is that set up is a lot easier on a compatable phone, though I can now sync fine on my windows 10. Do you know anyone with a smart phone thatis on the list that you could use to set up and update? You can delete the fitbit app from their phone afterwards and they would not have access to anynof your data. It would probably be the easiest way to go

Should I return it then? Taking way too long to get the update and nothing shows on the Versa screen except that blue icon. My son's phone was also not on the list and know no one that has a phone on the list. What competitors would work on this phone as I'm very frustrated!

The choice to return it is up to you, but if it is no use to you then in your shoes I probably would.
