i did a factory reset on my fitbit versa now stuck at white screen

i recently factory reset my  fitbit versa cause i couldn't get any apps to  pop up on screen  so  looked thru forums and some said try  doing a factory reset.  Now my watch  is stuck with a white screen cant click swipe or anything.  Talked to  customer service and they were no help.
