I updated my iPhone today and have lost all my Fitbit data for the past year. Any tips on what to do?

Double check that you used same email/account on new phone as you had on old. Data is not stored on phone; it is stored on Fitbit database under your account, so should be available anywhere you log in with that account.
Try looking at the Fitbit.com dashboard to see if the data is showing there.
