my iphone 6 is fully updated and my versa is brand new. But the phone cannot find the versa on blutooth. I have tried all steps to see on forums with no success. I have also used other phones (all android) which show versa . Whats wring here? Is the versa a defective brand? Should i just return the watch and go with a different brand? Or can it be fixed?

@MrEd83 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your can't link your Versa with your iPhone. Remember that the setup and sync is done via the Fitbit app. Please check that you are following the setup on the Fitbit app and sync your device following these instructions.
