I have been through all the procedures to turn off and on notifications. I have turned bluetooth off and back on. I have tried my husbands phone (paired it with my versa to see if it was just my phone). I have contacted customer support 3 times within the last 5 weeks. I keep getting told that it is a known problem and they are working on it. Am I the only one? I feel as though I am. I am frustrated. May be looking for an Apple watch.

Hi, unfortunately notifications on iPhones are a problem and mostly do not work, Fitbit also admits that. No solution yet for this problem, sorry to say that,

I have had this phone for longer than I have had my Versa. I got a replacement Versa from Fitbit at the end of December. I don't know if it was refurbished or what? My old one worked perfectly, before it bit the dust.

Hi, as I already wrote notifications ads iPhones are a known problem, sometimes it works, but most of the times it does not, alas.

so how about the Ionic?? does it sync with the txt messages and calls??

I myself Just ungraded from a Blaze to a Versa. Reason for ungraded was to be able to reply back from your phone. I myself have a iPhone 7 and can not reply bk to text messages. I was told only Android phone can do so🤨
