Can the alarms I have set on my iPhone for medication show on my versa 3?

Hello @JulietB59 and welcome to the Community.  No, but you can set eight alarms on your Versa 3.  Timekeeping section from Versa 3 manual.

Hi @JulietB59 - if you set them up as calendar events which produce notifications on your phone, they should also appear on the watch too.

 

However this can be risky if your phone is not nearby at the time it is due.

 

As @LZeeW says using the on watch alarms may be preferable.

 

You can do this simply by long pressing the button and saying " set watch alarm at 8 10 " for instance., If you have Google Assistant set-up.
