im angry my versa just died

Hi there i purchased a versa a year or so ago. Two days earlier I was playing with my children on the beach and it went dead even though it 86% of battery life. 

I came home and tried to charge it to see if it would work and nothing happened. I took the forums advice and pressed all three buttons for three minutes and then tried all other possible combinations of button pressing but nothing happened. 

i need it it to work desperately, as all my work outs are on hold. Please can someone help!!

I have the same problem and can’t find any contact numbers for Fitbit they don’t have any contact us post

So have I, my Versa 2 screen will not turn on, therefore I'm not able to do the factory reset as advised. Have tried to hold buttons down (in different combinations) anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 mins and still nothing. Yet my alarm is sounding but I can't interact with the screen to turn it off!

This seems to be quite a common problem with most fitbit wearers. A lot of my friends who also have fitbits.

google fitbit chat, this happened to me yesterday completely died mid walk, still wont turn on, i have replacement being shipped today

Welcome to the club... There is no support for watches older than 1 year except for trying to restart it for about 1-5 hours of your time and then ending with a dinky coupon for their store.
