is there anyway to find out when i purchased my versa via fitbit?
i cannot remember if it was two years ago or 1!

Hi @Mortalitas , this depends on where you bought your Versa, probably online. If you still know that and have an created an account where you bought it, hope you still remember your username and password of this account. Otherwise you will not know when you bought it. regards kuzibri
