issue moving Fitbit account to Google account

I am currently facing issue to move my Fitbit account to my google account with the error msg below.this is my personal google acct I have using for many years and it's register for school or google workspace as claim. Can help to advice how this can be resolved?

Hi @Ken1976 .  I read your post several times and am still confused.  Are you saying that your account is or is not a school or Workspace account?  A Google school account email uses the following format: username@yourschool.com.  A Workspace account has this: username@yourcompany.com.  A personal account has this: username@gmail.com.  Which type of account do you use?
