Ok, finally my Pebble Time Steel needed a change, and the versa2 look like the replacement.
Finally, it got a mic to use Alexa and an always on screen, that sound like the pebble 3 years ago, so maybe a replacement.
So really, I’m sad that I’m so disappointed, let me start.
1) Quality, compared with the Pebble Time Still the quality of the versa2 is subpar, even compared to an Amazfit GTS it is subpar, but I can live with it.
2) after all these years the app to manage the watch sucks, all the settings are hidden or in different places, the pebble app, as spartan as it is at least it has a better flow.
3) Just one watchface? I searched the whole watchfaces and found one to test, set it up, then set up other and... what happen to the first one, I have to search the whole database again? is that a joke?
no keeping a list of the last X installed watchfeces or my favorite or something that does not make my have to search again and again and again.
4) I needed a big fonts watchface, that I can use without my glasses on, the Versa2 has a gorgeous and big screen, none of the Fitbit watchfaces use the whole screen all are small fonts, and the one from developers that have big fonts are all paid, that is a shame, Pebble has a lot of simple big fonts watchfaces by free.
4b) Request please, please, please, use the whole screen in your watchfaces, make them bigger.
5) Always on screen? The watchface that I select does not stay ON all the time, it gets changed by a very small number screen, what is that?
6) Bug? The setting to keep the screen 60s take only 10 seconds or less to turn the screen of, is that a bug or by design?
7) Bug? When the always on is set (on or off) and the Screen wake set to Auto, it does not work, it need a tap on the screen to wake and show the watchface.
NOTE: The watch did the update needed to the last firmware, I did reset the watch to factory, I'm using the default Fitbit watchface.
I truly wanted it to like it. I think that the Versa2 look nice, in paper has good specs but in reality, it needs more iterations.
It is amazing how after the many years of acquiring the whole Pebble stuff and people the next gen cannot get it right (yet)

Sounds pretty typical in my experience. I'm sorry you bought a Fitbit. I'm sorry I did too. I hope you have better experience soon. Since yours is still new you might be able to try to get a refund...it would be worth it to try in my opinion.

Yep, have been unsatisfied with this watch since day one. Alexa doesnt ever work, have to raise my arm up about 4 times before the display turns on, settings are still hard to find in some cases. But youre right the look is nice and i have the rugged band so its bigger and more durable. Don't see how this is the top of the line Fitbit and its it **ahem**ty, so glad i didn't buy it and it was gifted to me. It surely isnt worth over 200 dollars!
