limited settings, no sleep and limited pulse data

I have a new Versa 2 I received as a replacement on warranty when my previous Versa broke.  It generally is working great, but only very limited settings appear on the screen.  When I swipe to the bottom of the Today screen, I see three options-- activity, steps, heart rate.  I have "sleep" selected as a desired statistic online, but it doesn't appear on my watch, although I can track sleep on my iphone.  My pulse rate appears, but I can't swipe to get my cardiac fitness score, as I could on my previous Versa.  I tried getting help from a support staff person, but it didn't resolve the problem.  I have tried restarting the watch multiple times, tried disconnecting and then connecting the watch to my account, have made sure I have the most current firmware, and have it set to continuous update so I can make sure it's already updated.  I can't think of anything else.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hi, still me,

Just an update on this issue-- after trying a lot of problem solving on my own, I spent an hour on the phone with a member of the support staff.  I have to say he was extremely helpful and patient.  The sense that I have is that he is working with a series of options to work through to go through solutions of increasing levels of depth and complexity.  It worked for me, so I'd recommend this to anyone frustrated with trying to solve Versa problems on their own. 🙂
