massive heart rate spike whilst sleeping

 I was looking at my heart rate when i noticed a pretty scary looking spike at 5.30am. i had been out drinking and got home around 3ish so i’m pretty sure i was sleeping at this point. i don’t think my HR has ever been that high in my whole life and as a giant hypochondriac i’m a bit concerned… it immediately drops back down but just wondering if anyone has an explanation for this??

Yes I’ve had that happen before and I don’t know why either? Scared me too!!!

I’ve had a good look back through all my previous heart rates going back a few months and it’s the only time it’s ever happened so hoping it’s not going to happen again and i just had a nightmare or something lol!
