missing stats in "Today"

Received the update last night. Installed with no issues. All the new "Today" stats shows up fine.

 

However today suddenly some of the stats went missing.

 

Example:

 

1. the heart rate stats only shows the current heart rate. The stats for time spent in each heart-rate zone, and cardio fitness score is missing.

 

2. Exercise stats are also missing despite being enabled in setting.

 

Tried restarting & resync but still same.

 

Any advice?

I have a similar problem. I installed the update without problems. However in "Today" I can only see three stats. It tells me I can choose 7, however there only three stats I can choose (Activity, Steps per h, HR).

 

My Versa is in German.

Hi, this problem can be solved in two ways:

1. Go to apps - my apps - Today and see whether it needs to be updated.

2. Put you Versa in the charger and connect it to PC and let it rest there for a while and the Today screen will be automatically updated. For extra certainty: connect you mobile device to your PC also, go to WiFi settings and click on the icon on the right side of your network and it will say connecting. Make sure that the display of you mobile stays on during the "resting" procedure of your Versa in the charger. May take up to two hours, but then you will have the seven possibilities instead of three.

Hi,

 

I had all the 7 new stats in the Versa last night after it initially updated.

 

It was still there this morning.

 

Some of them disappear this afternoon. 

Heart rate only shows current heartrate. Nothing when swipe right.

Exercise disappear completely

Sleep only show last night sleep. Nothing when swipe right.

 

Tried option 1 and 2.

the same for me.

after the update of my Ionic os ver 3, i cannot find those 7 stats, only 3 are visible.

Today i have performed Factory reset on Ionic, reinstall app version, updated Ionic and app.

All 7 stats were visible, now after 2 hours when i go back to today's section they are missing again and only 3 are showing. Today app is up to date, ver is 33.1.30.c from Dec 20, 2018.

It is seems that three is a problem with Today app on some watches, incl Ionic and Versa.

Hi, if you have checked that the Today app in Fitbit is updated, the only other thing you can do is put your watch in the charger and connect it to PC and let it rest there for at least 2 hours, that should complete the Today update.
