mobile is not syncing steps but Versa is keeping steps

so earlier today it synced and showed my steps. I then charged my versa and since then, full battery my mobile is showing zero steps for the day.

the Versa is showing 9262 steps though

There seems to be a bit of a weird thing happening at the moment. If you go to the online dashboard are the steps showing there?
