my brand new out of the box versa 3 is not charging

I tried to charge it, but it went from 15% to 0%, and I tried using multiple different outlets, left the watch for an hour on each one, and it is still on 0%, what do I do?

Hi @Suieq15 It could either be the watch or the  charger, but as it is brand new, return it to the store you bought it from. If you got it from the Online Fitbit store then contact Fitbit Support

I did, but they said they can only replace if I ship it back to them, I really don't want to complicate this, so I want a solution I can try right now.
