Hello,
My fitbit got locked by my 4 year old son.
I thought that removing my device from the app would help the problem, but it did not.
What happened:
I removed my versa 2 from the fitbit app on my phone
Then I tried to set it up again, it all works until I get a message that reads: "enter the 4 numbers that you see on your device display" - but I cannot see those numbers because the device is locked.
I am stuck on that part. Does anybody know of a solution? Please if you do, please share your insight, I need some help.

There is a way to reset the device lock from the phone......but if you have removed the device from the app then that is no longer an option.
The only way to get round the lock now is to factory reset the fitbit meaning that you will lose any unsynced tracking data and will need to set up Fitbit Pay and your apps again.
As the device is locked you can't get to the setting for a factory reset but there is a way to do it using just the button(s). It's a complicated process that varies depending on the version of Versa you have so I recommend doing it under the instruction of customer support. You can contact them via contact.fitbit.com
