but, i don't see any of Alexa app or even google app on my new Versa 2

please, help me how to download Alexa App on Versa 2

that only explain when it's Alaxa built in, but after i download i don't even see alexa app on my fitbit versa 2

even don't have google assitance.  😂

Hi @PROUSA - in the phone Fitbit App, click profile photo, Versa 2 photo, you should see an "Amazon Alexa" tile just before the Gallery tile, click on it and follow the instructions.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

@PROUSA - at a guess Alexa is not available in your country as it should be built in. What did support say?

See voice assistant countries at the bottom.

@PROUSA- presumably they take the language as the country. Even if you change to English you will need to chat with support, as it might not be enough and may have to be factory reset, to get the correct firmware.
