@pml78 Have you tried uninstalling the app, then rebooting versa (by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes), then installing app again?

@pml78 I think the best thing to do would be to contact developer directly by using Contact Developer link that can be found on the app page in the Fitbit mobile app.
