my Versa 2 is not tracking my exercise. it counts steps but has stopped tracking my workout.

Been having this issue for the past week, I’ve only had my watch since February this year.

ive have to reset it at least once a month, and now it won’t automatically log my exercise

What type of exercises? 

Which mode do you use when tracking an exercise? 

- do you let fitbit decide? 

- use the manually start on the tracker or on the fitbit app?
