my versa 3 Ui is not reponding

I have bought versa 3 last year now the UI is stuck after starting and it shows clock home page .I am not able to navigate to any other screens

Hi @vipeshap  -  what do you see on the "clock home page"? Did you by accident do a factory reset?

 

If so, in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" as it will be back to as you when you got and it will need to be set up again. See How do I set up my Fitbit device?
