my versa cant sync with my fitbit app/phone

I've had my Versa for about a yr. For some reason, within the last week i cant get it to sync with my fitbit app on my android(lg stylo) phone. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, bluetooth on & all permissions,....and still after manually syncing over & over, it cant find my versa. 

Im not sure what to do now, take it off & put it back in the box? I'm frustrated!

My husband and I have the same issue with our versas and Android phones!

Up until last week, i hadnt had a problem. Now its every day just trying to get the phone, versa, & app to find each other! This is ridiculous! Im wondering if its because theyve come out with the versa 2.

I've never had an issue like this before with Fitbit and I've owned 5 different versions of Fitbits. I honestly think what ever you're they did that is effecting some iphones is also causing issues with Android devices to

This is my 3rd fitbit device & my 1st issue...im starting to think you may be right. I wish theyd figure it out & tell us how to fix it.
